Our Services

The core of our offering at cybernitro.com is an independent online marketplace dedicated to providing virtual skins for three popular video games: Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), Dota 2, and Rust. Alongside these skins, we may also offer additional digital products and services tailored to enhance your gaming experience.

When you purchase skins from us, you receive a license to use these virtual items within the respective games, all of which are powered by the Steam platform. It is important to understand that while we facilitate the sale and delivery of these items, their ultimate ownership remains with Valve Corporation, and they are provided to you on an “as is” basis, meaning we do not alter or guarantee their functionality beyond delivery.

Your orders are fulfilled as virtual goods, transferred directly to your Steam account in accordance with the delivery terms detailed in Section “Delivery” below, ensuring a seamless integration into your gaming environment.

We may refuse, delay, cancel, or review any order where availability, payment status, account information, Steam Trade Link validity, delivery feasibility, fraud prevention requirements, or legal compliance concerns make this reasonably necessary.

Changes to Terms/Services

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use or the Services we provide at our discretion, particularly when such changes are necessitated by legal requirements, regulatory updates, security requirements, fraud prevention measures, payment provider requirements, or operational improvements.

Any amendments will be implemented thoughtfully and will not retroactively alter rights or obligations established prior to the change, unless such change is required by applicable law, payment provider rules, security concerns, or compliance obligations.

To stay informed, we encourage you to periodically revisit these Terms of Use, as they may evolve over time to reflect new circumstances.

Your continued use of our Website or Services following the posting of updated Terms or Service modifications signifies your acceptance of those changes. If at any point you find yourself in disagreement with the revised Terms or Services, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the Website and Services promptly, thereby avoiding any further obligations under the updated framework.

Eligibility

To ensure a lawful and secure experience, we impose certain eligibility requirements for using our Platform. You must be a natural person who has reached the age of 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it differs, and you agree to use our Platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

By engaging with us, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are not prohibited from using our Platform under any applicable regulations.

If you are below the required age, your legal guardian must review these Terms and provide consent on your behalf before you proceed.

Additionally, access to our Platform is restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal or compliance considerations. These restricted territories include, but are not limited to:

  • Afghanistan;
  • Belarus;
  • China;
  • Cuba;
  • Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea);
  • Iran;
  • Iraq;
  • Libya;
  • Myanmar (Burma);
  • Russia;
  • South Sudan;
  • Sudan;
  • Syria;
  • Venezuela;
  • Yemen;
  • Zimbabwe;
  • any disputed or occupied regions such as Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk.

This list is subject to change as we adapt to evolving legal landscapes, and we ask that you confirm your eligibility before proceeding.

By using our Platform, you warrant that you meet these criteria and are not accessing it from a restricted location.

We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to confirm your age, identity, address, location, account ownership, payment ownership, eligibility, or compliance with applicable legal and territorial restrictions. If we cannot verify your eligibility to our reasonable satisfaction, we may refuse access, cancel orders, suspend delivery, restrict your User Account, or terminate your use of the Platform.

User Account

To unlock the full range of features on our Platform, such as purchasing skins or managing your orders, you may need to create a User Account.

During registration, we ask you to provide accurate and complete details, including your first name, last name, email address, as well as to create a secure password. It is your responsibility to keep this information current, notifying us of any changes to ensure smooth transaction processing and communication.

The contractual relationship between you and Nexaspulse LTD begins either when you register your User Account or start using the Website, an action we refer to as “Confirmation”, signaling your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

After registration, to ensure successful order completion, you will be required to provide your Steam trade link. This step is necessary for processing orders and delivering services effectively.

We reserve the right to refuse account registrations for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete or inaccurate submissions, ineligibility based on location or age, suspected use of another person’s identity, multiple-account abuse, or inability to verify account information.

Should you provide false, misleading, incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or fraudulent information, we may terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform.

Furthermore, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unauthorized behavior, used an unauthorized payment method, attempted to evade verification, abused refunds or chargebacks, supplied an invalid or suspicious Steam Trade Link, or otherwise acted in a way that threatens the integrity of our services and community.

You may be asked to provide additional information, documents, screenshots, confirmations, or other evidence where we need to verify account ownership, Steam account control, payment ownership, delivery details, refund entitlement, or the legitimacy of account activity.

Personal Data

As the data controller, Nexaspulse LTD is entrusted with processing your Personal Data to deliver our Services effectively, whether that is fulfilling your orders or responding to your inquiries.

Our approach to managing your information is fully detailed in our Privacy Policy, which includes both the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice available on the Website.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood these policies and consent to the practices they describe, where such consent is required by applicable law.

We take our responsibilities seriously and adhere strictly to data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, ensuring your personal information is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent or a lawful basis.

We may process Personal Data and related information for purposes including account management, order processing, Steam delivery, customer support, payment processing, fraud prevention, security checks, chargeback handling, refund review, territorial compliance, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request and process additional documents or evidence, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, transaction confirmations, Steam account or trade-related evidence, screenshots, correspondence with payment providers, or other materials required to assess the validity of an account, order, payment, refund request, delivery issue, chargeback, or suspected unauthorized activity.

Our commitment is to safeguard your privacy while providing a seamless and personalized experience.

Account Security

Maintaining the security of your User Account is a shared priority, and you play a critical role in this effort.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, such as your password, confidential and secure, preventing unauthorized access by third parties.

If you suspect any breach of security, such as someone else using your account without permission, we ask that you notify us immediately at armory@cybernitro.com so we can assist you in addressing the issue.

All activities conducted under your User Account, whether authorized by you or not, remain your responsibility.

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access, unless such loss is caused by our failure to comply with applicable law. We will, however, work with you to resolve such incidents where possible.

We may temporarily restrict access, pause orders, suspend delivery, or request additional verification if we detect unusual login activity, suspicious account changes, multiple failed payment attempts, mismatched account and payment details, suspected account sharing, suspected account compromise, or other activity indicating a potential security risk.

Your vigilance in protecting your account helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on our Platform.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a respectful and lawful environment, we prohibit certain behaviors on our Platform.

You agree not to use our Website or Services to post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable in nature.

Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, such as attempting to deceive other users or circumvent our systems, is strictly forbidden.

Additionally, you must not take actions that could harm our infrastructure, such as attempting to overload our servers, disable functionality, or gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Platform.

Beyond these examples, you are also prohibited from:

  • uploading viruses or harmful code;
  • engaging in spamming or scraping data;
  • using automation, bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools to interact with the Platform;
  • using the Platform to infringe the rights of others;
  • using another person’s payment method without authorization;
  • using another person’s Steam account or Steam Trade Link without authorization;
  • submitting false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information or documents;
  • abusing refunds, chargebacks, promotions, or support processes;
  • attempting to bypass security, payment, delivery, anti-fraud, or territorial controls;
  • creating or using multiple accounts for deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
  • exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, pricing errors, listing errors, delivery errors, or unintended platform behavior.

Should you violate these rules, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately, ensuring the safety and integrity of our community and services remain intact.

Compliance Procedures

We strive to keep our Platform free from content and conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws, and we rely on your cooperation to achieve this.

If you encounter anything on our Website that you believe contravenes our policies or is illegal, such as offensive material, fraudulent listings, suspicious behavior, or security vulnerabilities, please report it to us at armory@cybernitro.com.

When submitting a report, include a detailed explanation of the issue, the precise location of the content or activity, such as a URL, your name and email address, and a statement affirming your good-faith belief that your report is accurate.

Upon receiving your report, we will review it promptly and may take actions such as issuing warnings to the offending party, removing the content in question, restricting or terminating the user’s access to our Platform, delaying or cancelling orders, or escalating the matter to payment providers or relevant authorities where appropriate.

Our response will depend on the severity and frequency of the violation, and we retain full discretion to enforce these policies effectively, safeguarding the quality, legality, and security of our services.

Verification Reviews and Anti-Fraud Measures

To protect the Platform, our users, payment systems, inventory, delivery processes, and third-party services, we may conduct Verification Reviews where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment use, account compromise, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, territorial circumvention, technical exploitation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms.

A Verification Review may occur before or after:

  • User Account registration;
  • order placement;
  • payment authorization;
  • delivery initiation;
  • refund processing;
  • chargeback handling;
  • support review;
  • account change requests;
  • Steam Trade Link updates;
  • suspicious or unusual platform activity.

During a Verification Review, we may review account details, billing details, payment status, order history, delivery status, refund history, chargeback history, support communications, Steam Trade Link information, device or technical indicators, location indicators, and information provided by payment processors, fraud prevention providers, identity verification providers, hosting providers, banks, card issuers, Steam-related systems, or other relevant service providers.

Where reasonably necessary, we may ask you to provide additional information, documents, confirmations, or evidence to verify the validity, legality, security, or authenticity of the relevant situation.

This may include, without limitation:

  • proof of identity;
  • proof of age;
  • proof of address;
  • proof of payment method ownership;
  • billing confirmation;
  • cardholder or payment account holder confirmation;
  • transaction receipts or payment confirmations;
  • screenshots showing payment, account, order, Steam, or delivery status;
  • proof of ownership or control of the Steam account or Steam Trade Link;
  • Steam trade history or delivery-related evidence;
  • correspondence with banks, card issuers, payment providers, Steam, or other third-party services;
  • evidence that your User Account has not been compromised;
  • any other information reasonably required to confirm that the account, payment, order, delivery request, refund request, chargeback, or platform activity is legitimate.

Pending completion of a Verification Review, we may take reasonable protective measures, including:

  • restricting access to your User Account;
  • delaying, refusing, or cancelling orders;
  • delaying, refusing, or suspending delivery;
  • withholding refund processing where permitted by law;
  • blocking further purchases;
  • requesting updated account or delivery information;
  • reporting suspected fraud or abuse to payment providers, fraud prevention providers, law enforcement, or relevant authorities where appropriate;
  • taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, payment providers, or third parties.

If you fail or refuse to provide requested information within a reasonable time, or if the information provided is false, altered, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, or unverifiable, we may treat the relevant activity as suspicious or invalid.

In such cases, we may cancel orders, refuse delivery, suspend or terminate your User Account, decline refunds where legally permitted, contest chargebacks, refuse future transactions, and take any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

Information provided during a Verification Review will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

All transactions on our Website can be conducted in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and US Dollars (USD), with prices for skins and other items clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust these prices at our discretion, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

When you make a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these payment terms, with more detailed information available in our Payment Policy.

You will need to provide accurate billing information, such as your name, email, and payment details, to complete your purchase. You confirm that all billing and payment-related information submitted through the Website is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

If your payment originates outside the currency zones of EUR, GBP, or USD, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control.

Should you notice any billing discrepancies, such as an incorrect charge, please reach out to us at armory@cybernitro.com as soon as possible, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

We may delay, refuse, cancel, or review a payment where the transaction appears suspicious, unauthorized, high risk, inconsistent with account information, connected to a restricted territory, or otherwise requires verification.

Payment Method

We currently accept payments through Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, offering a secure and widely accessible method for completing your purchases.

Payments can be made in Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and US Dollars (USD).

Please note that you may only use cards for which you are the authorized cardholder. Using a third party’s card without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation, delivery refusal, refund review, account suspension, or account termination.

Depending on your card issuer and location, additional fees such as foreign transaction or currency conversion charges may apply. We are not responsible for these external costs, so we recommend checking with your provider beforehand.

To maintain a streamlined and secure payment process, we do not accept alternative methods like cash, personal checks, money orders, or cryptocurrencies.

Our transactions are facilitated through trusted third-party payment processors, whose own terms and conditions will also apply to your payment.

If a payment method is declined, fails, is reversed, appears unauthorized, is linked to a payment dispute, or cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order, suspend delivery, request additional documentation, restrict your User Account, or refuse future transactions.

For payment verification purposes, we may request proof of payment method ownership, billing confirmation, transaction receipts, cardholder confirmation, correspondence with banks or payment providers, screenshots, or other reasonable evidence necessary to confirm the validity of the payment.

For more detailed information, please refer to our Payment Policy.

Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, and any required security or Verification Review has been completed, we will deliver your purchased skins directly to your Steam account as virtual goods, a process that typically takes up to 14 calendar days.

You will receive delivery instructions via the email address linked to your User Account, so please ensure it is correct and accessible.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to technical or logistical challenges beyond our control, including Steam outages, Steam trade restrictions, incorrect Steam Trade Links, account limitations, payment review, fraud prevention checks, verification procedures, or high demand.

If you have not received your items within the specified timeframe, contact us at techops@cybernitro.com, and we will investigate the issue.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Steam account is able to receive trades, that your Steam Trade Link is valid, and that no Steam restrictions, trade holds, privacy settings, or account limitations prevent delivery.

We may request evidence that the relevant Steam account or Steam Trade Link belongs to you, is controlled by you, or is authorized for your use, especially where delivery is disputed, technically irregular, suspicious, or connected to a payment or account review.

In cases where delivery proves impossible due to reasons within our control, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for any in-game issues, compatibility glitches, Steam restrictions, performance problems, or third-party platform limitations once the skins are delivered, as these fall under Valve’s domain.

Refunds

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we offer refunds under specific circumstances.

You are eligible for a refund if a technical issue with a purchased item prevents its use and we cannot resolve it within 5 Business Days after you notify us.

Similarly, if you discover unauthorized charges tied to your account, report them immediately, and we will investigate. Confirmed unauthorized transactions will be refunded fully where required by applicable law.

Payment errors, such as overcharges or duplicate billing, also qualify for correction. Simply provide proof of the error, and we will address it swiftly.

Additionally, if we cancel an order due to delivery failure, we will refund you in full without delay.

For users in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), consumer protection laws grant you the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery without needing to provide a reason, provided you notify us promptly and provided the relevant digital goods have not been delivered or used in a way that removes or limits withdrawal rights under applicable law.

Refunds are not available for items delivered as described and functioning correctly, nor for unpurchased or unpaid orders.

To request a refund, email techops@cybernitro.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

We will review your case within 10 Business Days and, if approved, process the refund via your original payment method within 15 Business Days, though delays up to a month may occur depending on your provider.

Before approving or processing a refund, we may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify the request. This may include order details, payment confirmations, proof of account ownership, proof of payment method ownership, Steam Trade Link evidence, Steam trade history, screenshots, correspondence with payment providers or Steam, identity verification, or any other materials reasonably required to assess the claim.

We may delay or deny refund requests where the user fails to provide requested information, where the information provided is false, altered, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, or unverifiable, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, unauthorized account activity, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider to dispute a transaction made on our Website, we reserve the right to contest that chargeback through the payment processor.

This may involve providing evidence of your agreement to these Terms, order records, delivery records, Steam trade information, account activity, payment confirmations, support communications, and any relevant verification materials demonstrating the validity of the transaction.

Additionally, we may pursue any legal avenues available to us to recover the disputed funds, ensuring fairness while protecting our business interests.

We encourage you to contact us directly at techops@cybernitro.com to resolve any payment disputes before resorting to a chargeback, as this allows us to address your concerns more efficiently.

Where a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or payment failure occurs, we may suspend or terminate your User Account, delay or refuse delivery, cancel open orders, refuse future transactions, request additional documentation, or restrict access to Platform services while the matter is investigated.

False, abusive, unauthorized, or bad-faith chargebacks may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Taxes

When you make a purchase on our Website, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT), which may be included in the displayed price or added at checkout depending on your location.

The exact tax amount will be visible before you finalize your order, ensuring transparency.

Tax obligations may vary by jurisdiction, and it is your duty to comply with local tax laws.

We may request information reasonably required to confirm your tax location, billing country, or eligibility where necessary for tax, payment, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

If you have questions about how taxes apply to your purchase, feel free to reach out to us for clarification, though we recommend consulting a tax professional for personalized advice.

Intellectual Property

The Website and all its Content, ranging from text and images to code and design, are protected by copyright laws in the UK and internationally, forming a collective work owned by Nexaspulse LTD or licensed from third parties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our explicit written permission, including using our materials for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes.

Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners, and their presence does not imply endorsement or affiliation with us.

We respect the intellectual property of others, including Valve Corporation, whose branding and game assets we reference solely to describe our skins for CS2, Dota 2, and Rust.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our Platform, please notify us at techops@cybernitro.com with a description of the work, its location on our site, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief in the infringement.

We will act promptly to remove violating content and uphold the rights of all parties.

Term and Termination

Term: These Terms take effect upon your Confirmation, whether through account registration or Website use, and remain in force as long as you engage with our Services, unless terminated earlier as outlined below.

By You: You may terminate this agreement at any time by closing your User Account and ceasing to use our Services, effectively ending your obligations under these Terms.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services for any reason, such as a breach of these Terms or applicable laws, with prior notice where legally required. This decision rests within our sole discretion to maintain Platform integrity.

We may also suspend or terminate your account, delay delivery, cancel orders, or restrict access if:

  • your activity appears fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful;
  • you fail or refuse to complete a reasonable Verification Review;
  • you provide false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information or documents;
  • your payment, order, refund request, chargeback, delivery request, Steam Trade Link, or account activity cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction;
  • you attempt to bypass security, payment, delivery, territorial, verification, or anti-fraud controls;
  • you use another person’s payment method, identity, Steam account, or Steam Trade Link without authorization;
  • we are required to act by law, payment provider rules, regulatory request, court order, or law enforcement request.

Effect: Upon termination, you will lose access to your User Account and its associated data, which we will delete or anonymize unless retention is mandated by law, necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention, payment disputes, chargeback handling, accounting, compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

We bear no liability for losses tied to termination, to the extent permitted by law.

Certain provisions, specifically Sections “Personal Data”, “Intellectual Property”, “Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability”, “Indemnification”, “Governing Law and Venue”, and any provisions relating to payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, verification, and legal compliance, will remain in effect after termination to address ongoing legal or contractual matters.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Website and Services are offered “as is” and “as available,” with no express or implied warranties regarding their operation, accuracy, or suitability for your needs.

We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law, meaning you use our Platform at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that our Website will be free of interruptions, errors, viruses, or other technical issues, nor do we warrant the reliability of any information provided.

Under no circumstances will Nexaspulse LTD, its affiliates, or their officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website, whether due to content errors, unauthorized access, service disruptions, Steam restrictions, delivery delays, payment review, fraud prevention measures, account suspension, chargeback handling, or third-party platform limitations, regardless of whether we were aware of such risks.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order, where permitted by law.

We clarify that we are not affiliated with Valve Corporation, and any reference to their products is for descriptive purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

Indemnification

By using our Website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexaspulse LTD, its owners, affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees from any claims, demands, or damages asserted by third parties due to:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • violation of referenced policies;
  • infringement of any laws or rights;
  • misuse of the Platform;
  • unauthorized use of payment methods;
  • unauthorized use of Steam accounts or Steam Trade Links;
  • fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
  • chargeback abuse or payment dispute abuse;
  • false, altered, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information provided by you.

Should legal action arise to enforce these Terms, and we prevail as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, you will be responsible for reimbursing us for all associated costs, fees, and any additional relief granted, ensuring we are not unfairly burdened by your actions.

Force Majeure

We will not be held accountable for delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms if such issues stem from events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include natural disasters like floods or fires, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics, telecommunications failures, internet outages, Steam outages, payment processor issues, cyber incidents, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or third-party platform limitations.

Should such an event occur, we will strive to mitigate its impact and resume normal operations as soon as feasible, keeping you informed where possible.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, reflecting our registration in the UK, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform must be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, to which you consent by using our services.

This ensures a consistent legal framework for resolving issues, and you waive any objections to this jurisdiction or venue, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

If such modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This ensures that the invalidity or unenforceability of one part does not compromise the integrity or applicability of the rest of this agreement.
